He worked in various operational and administrative positions with Porto Della Torre in the 80's. Mr. Kamara now owns and operates Trust Services Company, a Liberian based firm specializing in logistics and construction related services.

Mission

Quattro aims to be the premier design-build heavy construction contractor in Liberia, dedicated to providing quality construction and management services to our clients. We strive to build long-term relationships with our clients by anticipating their needs and demonstrating high standards of safety, quality, and service.

To help fulfill our mission, we have committed ourselves to building the capacity of our workers.  Our employees are paid fair wages, receive due consideration, and are involved in the quality improvement process to insure responsiveness and cost-effective work execution. All of our business dealings are forthright and transparent. Collectively, we provide an exceptional level of service.

Goals & Objectives

Quattro has ambitious plans to expand its operations in Liberia within the next five years. The company plans to make a foray into the power and energy sectors too. It hopes that within this period it will become the largest construction service company in the country.

The company has assembled an impressive fleet of quality modern equipment. The value of these assets are further enhanced through teaming agreements and partnership arrangements with other firms locally and internationally. Included in these assets are a fully operational mobile concrete mixer and a mobile asphalt plant. With its resources, experienced personnel, and an uncompromising commitment to quality and safety, Quattro believes it can meet the standards of a Class A construction company.

Business Concept

Quattro Inc. is primarily a roads construction company that adheres to international design and construction standards. Its workforce is a team of foreign engineering experts and local construction workers. Capacity building of local workers is at the core of Quattro’s business model. The enthusiasm of our workforce and our commitment to high standards allows us to provide a level of service that is unsurpassed in Liberia and at prices that are affordable for the public and private sectors.

As a multi-faceted construction firm, Quattro can pursue opportunities across the spectrum of construction projects including roads, bridges, buildings and fuel storage facilities.

Quattro’s strategic partnerships with Medina Rock Crusher and Petro Trade allow the firm to be very competitive in pricing. Medina Rock Crusher is a major supplier of coarse aggregates in Liberia and Petro Trade is a major Importer of Petroleum products and the prime importer and distributor of Bitumen in Liberia. This gives a distinct advantage to Quattro in obtaining low volume seals and chip seals which are necessary for asphalt production.

Target Market

Quattro’s target market is the public sector, that is, the government entities that are primarily responsible for infrastructure development in the country. In the private sector Quattro focuses on the multinational companies that have been awarded concessions by the Liberian government. These companies often operate in areas that are uninhabited and require fully functional camps equipped with staff housing and offices. Quattro can provide construction related turnkey services for establishing access to their sites, constructing the camps, building the roads, and providing long-term infrastructure maintenance services.
